TWO men hurt in a York car crash, in which a man also died, were today still seriously ill in hospital.
James Martin, 21, of North Street York, was said to be "serious but stable," while Glen Carter, 31, was "critical but stable".
Both men are being treated in Hull Royal Infirmary.
The car's driver, Daniel Baker, 21, of Carr Lane, Acomb, was today said to be stable in York Hospital, while passenger Portia Jewett, 17, of St Stephen's Square, Acomb, was "improving and comfortable". All four were injured in the crash in Boroughbridge Road on Monday night, which killed 23-year-old Stephen Dowson, of Bootham Square, York.
