I MUST complain about the amount of litter around the pedestrian exits to council-run car parks in the city.
An example is the one underneath Sainsbury's car park at Foss Bank, the stairs of which are in a dreadful condition, with food, paper, cigarette-ends and rubbish in every corner of the stairs.
The rubbish has been there for a long time, with additions, and no one is making the slightest attempt to clear it What must our visitors think when they are confronted with this trash? The Lib-Dems, show us what a difference they can make.
