ROY Minikin (Harrogate) set a match record for the Railway Lake at Poppleton Ponds on Sunday with 120lb 12oz.
His history-making net of carp was taken on pole and cat meat from peg 45.
Other leading weights were taken by Roy Darfield (Harrogate) with 46lb 12oz and Mick Sykes (Leeds) on 40lb 8oz.
The Tuesday evening open at the Willows drew 35 competitirs to Goldrush Lake where in-form Addie Mitchell (Harrogate Angling Supplies) was victorious from peg 39.
Offering pole and pellet tight to the overhanging tree, he netted a creditable 62lb 4oz of carp to 4lb in just three hours.
Darryl Taylor (Daiwa Goldthorpe) took second with 43lb 8oz of carp and tench to 4lb on pole and pellet and paste from peg 33.

Saturday's match on the same lake saw 36 anglers enjoy a corking match with the top five all recording 50lb plus catches.
Mick Lodge (Colmic Ossett) alternated cat meat and paste from peg 38 to bag 76lb 5oz of carp, bream and tench to 5lb.
Alistair Wilks (Boston Spa) was on 32 where he fished pellet and paste to the aerator for carp and tench scaling 61lb 2oz.

The golden peg went again at Oaktree when Tim Moran (Waterline Wibsey) topped Saturday's 34-entry on Pond One with 77lb 8oz. Drawn on peg two he used pole and pellet tight to the island at 12 metres for carp to 4lb.

It was the turn of Andy Gallant (Bob.Co) to lead the bagging on Pond One on Sunday. Fishing cat meat at six-metres he hauled out 86lb of carp to 5lb.

Acomb Tackle fished Pond Four at Oaktree Fishery on Sunday where the winner was Steve Haw (Acomb Tackle) with a level 51lb of carp to 4lb on pole and pellet fished to the island.

Paste king Darryl Taylor (Daiwa Goldthorpe) was in the points at Woodlands winning the 96-entry Saturday open from unfancied Kestrel 14.
Offering his favourite bait at 12 metres over small helpings of cupped in paste he netted a level 97lb of carp to 7lb.
The other side of a vacant peg 13 was Jeff Leyton (Cleveland Angling Centre) who used the same tactics for another all carp net of 71lb 11oz.
