A 39-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before York Crown Court charged with murdering a baby.
Kevin Raw, of Elm View, Pickering is accused of killing Kieran Brown, aged 13 months, of Birch Avenue, Malton.
At a preliminary hearing yesterday, he was released on bail until September 2, when he will return to court for a plea and direction hearing.
