YORKSHIRE have selected a strong squad, including England spinner Richard Dawson, for their Second XI one-day fixture with Durham at Clifton Park, York, on Monday.
Dawson, who went on the Ashes tour in the winter, will be looking to recapture the form that earned him national selection as he has struggled badly this summer.
Among the bowlers are Sheriff Hutton-based paceman Nick Thornicroft.
Yorkshire were beaten by four wickets by Lancashire in the 2nd XI Trophy match at Elland Road on Wednesday. Yorkshire were bowled out for 201, Lancashire responding with 204-6.
However, things got better last night as the Tykes overturned Derbyshire's 314-6 with two wickets in hand. Gary Fellows struck a classy 112.
Monday's match will start at 11am with 50 overs a side and a lunch interval at 2.15pm.
Yorkshire 2nd XI: C Taylor, S Richardson, G Fellows, G Hamilton, V Craven, A Gale, R Pyrah, P Swanepoel, R Dawson, C Gilbert, N Thornicroft, M Lawson.
