YORK City have announced ticket prices for two of the club's pre-season friendlies to be staged at Bootham Crescent.
As reported in the Evening Press, City will play Sunderland on July 16, kick-off 7.30pm, with Black Cats' boss Mick McCarthy pledging to bring a full first-team squad to Bootham Crescent.
Tickets for the game will cost £10 (£5 concession) for standing and the Popular Stand, £12 (£6) for the Main Stand and £12 (£3) for the Family Stand.
City will also entertain Scottish Premier League outfit Livingston on July 31, kick-off 7.45pm.
Main Stand tickets for that match will cost £10 (£5 concessions).
To obtain tickets, supporters should visit the Bootham Crescent ticket office during normal office hours or telephone 0870 777 1922.
City hope to announce one more pre-season friendly to be played at Bootham Crescent on July 26.
As reported in later editions of yesterday's Evening Press, the leadership skills of new City boss Chris Brass could help capture former Burnley skipper Steve Davis to Bootham Crescent.
The experienced defender, 34, is waiting for new opportunities to arise after his departure from Turf Moor this summer but is refusing to rule out joining his ex-Claret's team-mate at York.
Davis said: "It's still a little bit early to get sorted out, but I would definitely be interested in anything Chris had to offer.
"Brassy is a great lad and I would like to help him out if I can.
"Ideally, I would like to stay in the First Division, but a lot of factors come into the equation and just because they are a Third Division side wouldn't put me off."
Goalkeeper Marlon Beresford, another possible Brass targer, is currently weighing up offers from several First and Second Division clubs, which could rule out his return to Bootham Crescent.
The Evening Press also understands Lincoln City have stepped up their interest in ex-Grimsby goalkkeeper Steve Croudson, another shot-stopper who has been linked with a move to the Minstermen.
Former City boss Alan Little will be guest of honour at the next meeting of supporters' club branch Harrogate Minstermen on Monday, July 7, at Knaresborough Working Men's Club, starting at 8pm. All City fans are welcome.
