A York businesswoman has become the first female vice-president of the British Sign and Graphics Association.
June Robinson, of Harrisons Signs, Green Lane, York, will be vice-president of the association for two years before becoming president in 2005.
The association, based in Peterborough, has 276 members throughout the country and represents the interests of companies involved in sign manufacturing and graphics.
