TOP independent fashion retailer, Lynx Womenswear, has unveiled major plans for expansion.
The company, based at West Park, plans to open a new menswear store in the latest phase of an ambitious development programme.
The company was founded in 1985, but moved to West Park six years ago.
Its 3,500 square foot three-floor store caters for casualwear, denim and classic contemporary fashion.Its outlet was recently named one of the UK's best designer stores.
Now boss Guy Hudson has announced the launch of a 1,500 square foot stand alone mens store, which is due to open in July in Harrogate.
He said: "In the retail business, you can't afford to stand still for long. We are opening the new store because we believe there is a demand for intelligent, understated menswear out there.
"The customer wants the next change because you have made it. We plan to meet a need."
