WORKS of art, jewels, paintings and other antiques all went "al fresco" for a special North Yorkshire event.
Valuation experts Sotheby's were on hand to offer advice on a whole range of stunning objects brought into Duncombe Park, near Helmsley, by curious owners.
While antiques enthusiasts pondered over the items on display, the expert advice of the Royal Horticultural Society was on offer to complement the day.
The event, held in the dramatic parkland and landscaped gardens of the restored baroque mansion, was the first date of a summer tour bringing together expertise from Sotheby's and the RHS.
