Selby are setting the pace in division five after whipping Sessay by 123 runs.
Peter Hoyle again iced Selby's cake with an unbeaten 61 after the foundation of Selby's 230-5 had been completed by Ian Lake (33), Matt Hoyle (41), Kevin Lamb (37) and Richard Firth (30).
Only two Sessay batsmen made an appreciable contribution - Richard Ormston (26) and Ian Watkinson (27) - as Geoff Romans took 3-28 and Carl Paterson 3-1 to send them all out for 107.
Former leaders Pocklington suffered defeat at Stamford Bridge where they lost by nine wickets after being bowled out for 120.
Ted Donkin made 44 but Kev Smith did the business with 4-62.
Stamford then raced to victory as Graham Flint made 61 and Ian Fraser 26.
The only two sides in the division without a win to their credit clashed at Mille Crux where Rowntrees entertained Dringhouses.
The subsequent draw left both sides still awaiting that elusive win but with Dringhouses having by far the better of the encounter they have now moved above their opponents.
John Futter (53) and Andrew Page (67) enjoyed an opening stand of 137 before 11-year-old spinner Matt Horner and Harrison shared five wickets for 17 runs. However, Richard Cole made a significant 24 not out to lift the total to 192-5.
Alan Roberts made 54 for Trees before being run out and, although Cole took 3-30, the home side's tail dug in for a draw at 126-6.
Carlton Towers were toppled for 118 at Hovingham as Mark Hemmingway took 6-51 and Jim Dawson 3-64. Steve Watson made 31.
However, this score proved to be a winning total as Paul Day (4-21) and Steve Landers (4-31) ripped through the home batting for a total of 81.
The most impressive bowling of the day saw Steve Beales take 7-23 and Wally Baynes 3-18 to knock over New Earwick for just 43 against Huntington.
This was way short of the first innings total of 176-9 posted by Richard Shaw (36) and Chris Smith (40). For Earswick, John Routledge, Martin Hewitson and Richard Wood each claimed three wickets.
A cracking game at Thirsk resulted in a tie when the home side closed on 204-7 in reply to Tadcaster Magnet's 204-6.
Russ Parker made 108 before having to retire hurt for Magnet as Martin Harper took 3-56 and J Steward added 37.
Simon Barton spearheaded Thirsk's reply with 49 while Neil Laidlaw (36), Martin Harper (35) and Ed Willey (29) contributed to the dead heat.
Despite being held to a draw at Londesbrough Park, Selby are emulating the first team by heading division six.
They bagged full batting points at 200-4 through Steve Whisker's unbeaten 78, Kev Lund's 28 and an unbeaten 48 from Steve Smith.
John Rowbottom then posed problems for Park with 3-17, but 25 from Alan Gray and Rich Salmon's 24 enabled them to draw at 111-7.
Having recorded a series of ten-wicket wins in extremely low-scoring games, York's batsmen revelled in the opportunity to bat first and reached 219-8 before declaring after 42 overs.
James Pringle began his journey back to fitness by making 62 while C Megson chipped in with 55 as the runs flowed.
Faced with a 48-over session, Arch's opener Graham Casey showed remarkable resolution to bat the full duration for an unbeaten 31 and through his efforts the Boston side gained a draw at 87-7.
Bottom-placed Civil Service suffered their sixth defeat when they had a 161-run deficit against Wilberfoss, whose 239-6 came through Mick Cooper (96), James Crawford (35) and Kev Davidson (45).
Service were then bowled out for 78 with Peters taking 4-20.
Heslington slightly improved their lowly rating when they had the better of a draw at Cawood and were rewarded with 21 points.
Rob Taylor made 74, N Whittaker 35 and B Wiseman 27no as Heslington made 218-7, Dave Bath taking 3-82 for the home side.
J Andrews then took 3-57 and A Dixon 4-43, but Steve Elliott made an unbeaten 93 from the number four berth to see Cawood to 188-8.
Stillington pulled off an impressive home victory when they successfully chased Hemingbrough's 229-9.
Mal Walker made an unbeaten 60, while Sabir Khan (26) and Andy Rowley (27) also made their mark.
Stillington's response was headed by Kevin Borwell (87) and Pete Dalton (52) and then completed by Shaun Speck, whose unbeaten 42 thwarted Khan's 3-60.
