Special mention goes to Dave Phillips from Sutton-on-the-Forest and the youngest person in the competition, Rebecca Turnbull from Huntington who both won all their matches.
Meanwhile, trophies were presented at Poppleton TC Club at the end of the first mini-tennis championships of York. More than 35 children took part in what will be an annual event sponsored by Turnbull's Mazada.
