FIVE members of the same family were taken to hospital after a car accident in Huntington Road, York.
A 42-year-old woman had to be cut out of a car she was driving following the collision with another car outside the Yearsley Grove pub at 11.30pm on Saturday.
She was taken to York Hospital with spinal injuries, along with a 44-year-old male passenger suffering from minor injuries, a 14-year-old female with spinal injuries, a 17-year-old male with shock and an 11-year-old male with minor injuries and shock.
A 20-year-old male in the other car had spinal injuries, an 18-year-old had a broken leg and a 17-year-old female had a broken arm.
