An East Yorkshire rambling group, which is going from strength to strength, has recruited its 2,000th member.
Wynne Billings of Seaton Ross, is the newest member of the East Yorkshire and Derwent Ramblers.
To celebrate this landmark, a special presentation was held at Troyrest Walking and Outdoors shop, in Market Weighton.
Shop owners, Steve and Julie Ingledew gave Mrs Billings a piece of walking equipment and Chris Bush, Area Chairman for the Ramblers' Association, presented Mrs Billings and her husband with a year's free joint membership of the RA.
