NATIONAL Volunteers' Week is all about celebrating volunteers and their activities.
The Wilberforce Trust would like to mark this special week by thanking all its volunteers for their continuing commitment, friendship and support.
Our committed and enthusiastic volunteers give a great deal of time, skills and friendship to the trust and to those who use its services.
They undertake a range of activities - cooking, crafts, gardening, music, poetry, reading, support with visits, walks and outings, with tenants in our community-based houses in York.
We are grateful to the volunteers for everything they do for us - and would like to thank everyone for their contribution to the trust.
If any reader would be interested to know more about volunteering opportunities at the Wilberforce Trust, please contact me on (01904) 706106.
