North Yorkshire golfer Simon Dyson had a modest return to the European Tour after a five-week absence with a fractured finger.
The 25-year-old Malton and Norton Golf Club ace posted a two-over 74 to be way down the leaderboard in the Daily Telegraph British Masters at the Forest of Arden course. That left Dyson with a battle to make the cut from today's second round which started with the high-class field led by Australia's Peter Fowler who shot a seven-under 65.
