Bowlers were on top as Heworth beat Pocklington by 51 runs in York and District Junior Cricket Association's Costcutter Under-13 20-over Cup.
Pocklington made only 29, with R Walton taking 2-0 and D Fairclough 2-5.
Dunnington also reached the semi-finals after a nine-wicket win over Sheriff Hutton Bridge. York or Escrick Park will complete the line-up for the semi-finals.
Jack Bolam scored a spectacular 120 out of the Dunnington total of 154-5 against Acomb in the President's Under-15 20-over cup.
Extras at 17 was the next top scorer as his side beat Acomb by 87 runs.
In the PK Accommodation 40-over Cup, Dunnington's batsmen were in great form against Escrick Park. Gowthorpe (81), Mackrill (73) and Bolam (43) all got in the runs.
Osbaldwick openers T James (58) and S Everard (89 not out) gave their side a dazzling start as they went on to win by 113 runs against Ovington, who were 105 all out.
