Defender Mark Hotte has accepted a new offer from Scarborough.
But goalkeeper Andy Woods looks as though he is going to reject his deal.
Boro boss Russ Slade said: "I have spoken to Andy and it seems as though he has played his last game for the club. He is not happy with the offer we have made."
"I shall have a good look at Leigh Walker and Gareth Downey in pre-season games and it is up to them to show me that what we have on the books is good enough for us to start the season. It really is up to them to impress me if they can"
Walker played just a handful of games as a replacement for non-League international Woods last season while former Hartlepool junior Downey was restricted to odd appearances for the reserve side.
