Toni Smallwood had a massive influence in Leeman 'B' team's York John Smith's Ladies League division one victory over Flag and Whistle.
Smallwood shot two tons in a fightback to make it 3-3 at the end of the singles and at 4-4, partnering Eileen White, Smallwood struck with 100, 140 and a 104 finish (18, treble 18 then double 16).
Wendy Smith was again outstanding hitting two x 100, 140 for 23 darts and her captain Dawn Exton chipped in with two tons for 23 as Cygnet 'A' reeled off eight on the trot before CueBall 'C' replied via Dot Dykes-Julie Ashton.
CueBall 'B' produced a sound team performance at Slipper whose points were taken by Gill Harley and Doreen Johnstone (100, 100, 100).
Julie Coyles good form continued with scores of 100, 125, 140 as Crystal Palace put paid to determined resistance from Independent, Roz Kerr securing the win, while Phoenix competently overcame Clifton 6-3.
In division two, Holgate's 5-4 win against Slip went to the wire and they secured the decider with Chrissy Winspear - Debbie Carter while Debbie Benson and Linda Embleton were inspirational as Clifton ran out 6-3 winners against Shepherd 'A'.
Rachel Potter partnered Kath Williams to gain a 5-4 victory for Britannia 'A' at Blacksmith's, whose Karen Braithwaite starred and Margaret Bell, the Dringhouses captain, led their cause with a three tons game before Elaine Oliver put them 5-1 up, Cindy Benton providing Cygnet's only singles success.
Britannia 'B' excitingly pulled back from a 4-0 deficit to beat Mitre. Janet McShane began the revival and Joan Harrison partnered Chris Garbutt to victory in the vital last game.
Fran Holmes - Terri Corney gave Victoria Vaults a 5-4 result at Shepherd 'B', while Jubilee also won by the slenderest margin, Sylvia Keenan - Angela Lancaster taking the decider at Leeman 'A'.
Tang Hall beat Burton WMC 6-3 and Mount had their encounter in the bag when Dot Sellers put them 5-1 up against Puss 'n Boots, Jackie Read replying while Woolpack, the division three leaders, recorded a 7-2 win against Mount, whose points came from Sadie Ducey and Mandy Watson.
Lynne Humble - Jo Roberts took Old Ebor's decider after Mary Dodsworth - Margaret Haley had put Leeman 'C' on level terms.
CueBall were also given victory by their last pair, Joan Hunter - Barbara Johnson, who consolidated fine efforts from Sandra Smith - Jen Jarvis to make it four apiece.
Division two teams should note Britannia 'A' are now operating from Sun Inn, Acomb.
Cygnet 'A' ran up a 6-3 York John Smith's Mixed League score at Beeswing which included 140, 140, 129 for a tremendous 13 darts from Kevin Walton.
Cygnet 'D' team's 7-2 win over Leeman 'B' saw Mick Willsden out in 21 darts, Paula Sowden checking 97 and Paul Botterill choosing bullseye to game while Huntington's Angie Hields made an exit on 106 for 24 darts and Tracey Farmeary threw a maximum in a 7-2 against Golden Slipper 'B'.
Leeman 'A' were beaten 7-2 by CueBall, who had John Smith finishing on 106, and Cygnet 'B' had a Dave Smith maximum in a victory over Victoria Vaults, whose point was provided by Paul Watson, a 180 scorer.
John Ward - Joan Woods gave Slipper 'A' a close call 5-4 against Cygnet 'C'.
