A DUNGEON ghoul is taking revenge on the wickedest link only weeks after being intimidated by the TV star on The Weakest Link.
Anne Robinson took up a week's residence at the York Dungeon after telling the tourist attraction's resident actress Marianne Sellars she was the Weakest Link.
A waxwork of the quiz show host has been borrowed from the London Dungeon as part of the York attraction's Wicked Women feature.
Marianne said: "I've played many different wicked women during my time at the Dungeon, from barbaric cannibals to Lady Macbeth, so intimidating Anne should be no problem."
Among the fierce females appearing are Clifton sisters Helen and Elizabeth Drysdale, who poisoned their lovers in 1647.
"They were a particularly evil pair," said dungeon manager Helen Douglas.
"The acid took over an hour to kill their victims."
