Helmsley Arts Centre is celebrating its tenth anniversary with an all-singing, all-dancing cabaret tonight at 7.30pm.
Taking to the stage will be singer Em Whitfield and Voice Box, George Sigsworth, the Helmsley School Choir, John Sails, Tim Brooks, Kirsty Pritchard, David Goodwin and members of the adult and youth wings of the 1812 Theatre Company.
The "odd surprise or two" is promised, perhaps in the form of soprano Yvonne Dorsey, York action poet Adrian Spendlow and the resident comic from BBC Radio 4's One Night Stanza, Rory Motion.
Tickets cost £5, under-16s £4, family tickets £16, on 01439 771700 or 01439 770173 (Helmsley Tourist Information Centre).
