PAST and present players, officials and supporters of Bishopthorpe United are being urged to attend a special reunion party.
A dinner and dance to mark the 35th anniversary of the club will be held in the new £20million Ebor Stand at York Racecourse on September 27.
The night is being dubbed 'Bishopthorpe Reunited' with entertainment provided by Huge.
Ticket prices have still to be announced but for further details would-be party goers should
contact Ian Newby on 01904 704101, Barrie Howard on 07769 733259 or Graham Bradbury on 01904 708330.
Bradbury said: "The club always had a great reputation for being very social and we want to rekindle that atmosphere on the night.
"Anyone associated with Bishopthorpe United over the years, even those who just used to come and watch, will be more than welcome."
Any profits from the night are likely to be donated to youth football in Bishopthorpe or to local charities.
