SANTA CLAUS waves to the crowds on his arrival in Selby at the weekend.
He arrived at Wetherells department store, in The Crescent, in a white 1930 vintage tourer provided by local company Romantic Classics. He spent six hours in his grotto at Wetherells, where a spokesman said business was brisk.
Santa will be at the store between 10am and 3pm every Saturday until Christmas.
