A YORK clairvoyant has been left guessing when her next reading is due - after burglars stole her diary.
Nance Turner, aged 26, of Leeman Road, has appealed for the safe return of her diary, which includes appointments up to September.
She has offered a free reading as a reward.
She said: "That diary is my life, I really need it back. I'm self-employed so if I don't work I don't get paid. If anyone knows where it is, then please let me know."
Nance, based at New Moon, Walmgate, said that although her work involves her communicating with the spirit world, she got no indication of what was coming.
She said: "You can't do it for yourself. If I had gone for a reading someone might have told me, but I am not a fortune teller, I can't predict the future. I do believe that everything happens for a reason, I just don't know what the reason for this is yet."
The burglary happened at about 8am on Monday. The free reading is available to anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of the burglar.
Anyone with information should phone York Police on 01904 631321.
