THE organisers of the York International 9s have announced the full list of the teams who will be taking part in the tournament.
Among them are York RUFC who will compete in the tournament for the first time.
The London Koogas will return to defend their title and will be joined by Zuid Holland, South Asia Bulls and French teams FC Lezignan, Les Hussards de Paris and SO Avignon.
The draw for the 2003 tournament will take place in late May in York featuring high-profile celebrities from the world of rugby league.
The competing teams are: SO Avignon, British Army, Belfast Bulls, Bridlington Bulls, Bristol Sonics, Cambridge Eagles, Carlisle Centurions, Durham Tigers, East Coast Eagles (Eire), Edinburgh Eagles, Glasgow Bulls, Lancaster, Leeds Akademics, Les Hussards De Paris, FC Lezignan, Liverpool Buccaneers, London Koogas, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, South Asia Bulls, Strela Kazan, West Indies Exiles, Worcester Saints, York Ironsides, York RUFC, Zuid Holland.
