NEW Earswick All Blacks Under-8s, who are soon to play a curtain-raiser at Odsal, will be donned out smartly for the occasion thanks to a sponsorship raffle which provided funds for a new kit.
The team, who will play at Odsal ahead of the Bradford Bulls' Super League match on May 11, have recently received a new kit thanks to the businesses who helped pay for it.
Several companies bought a ticket for the raffle, the first prize of which was to have the winning firm's name printed on the front of the new kit, with the runners-up getting their name on the sleeve.
The under-8s' season runs from March to July, and coach John Mayled said: "We were very grateful for all the companies that supported us and we hope to use the new strip for at least a couple of years."
