PUPILS from a North Yorkshire School were left with jelly on their faces in the name of charity.
Students from Queen Margaret's School, Escrick, took part in a contest to eat as much jelly as possible in 30 seconds.
It was part of a fundraising drive to raise money for St Leonard's Hospice.
Other events included a disco diva-themed graffiti board competition and the opportunity to sponge a teacher or prefect.
Senior housemistress Jenny Hildyard said: "It was excellent all round. Lots of students attended, parents and friends, and made it a very good event."
