RESCUE workers saved a 74-year-old man after he fell into a ravine on the North York Moors.
The man had been mountain biking on the moors when he fell about 30ft into the ravine near the Hole of Horcum. Scarborough and District Search and Rescue Team were called to recover the pensioner after North Yorkshire Ambulance were alerted to his location yesterday afternoon. He was taken to Scarborough Hospital with minor injuries.
