THE creditors' committee appointed at the acceptance of the Company Voluntary Arrangement in the Supporters' Trust takeover of York City are poised to challenge the fees charged by insolvency firm, Jacksons Jolliffe Cork.
JJC were appointed administrators to run York City by the courts after the failed tenure of John Batchelor.
However, the new club board have revealed that the creditors' committee, who include representatives of the Trust, Inland Revenue and Players' Football Association, have decided to invoke the right to challenge JJC's fees.
It is believed the administrator will now have to justify their fees through the High Court, although further details of the action will be revealed at Friday's fans' forum at the Tempest Anderson Hall.
