YORKSHIRE'S brightest pupils are being invited to attend a summer school run by the National Academy for Gifted and Talented Youth.
Pupils aged between 11 and 16 who fall within the top five per cent of secondary students in the country are eligible to join the academy.
These youngsters will have the chance to attend the three-week residential summer school at the University of York from August 10. The courses on offer vary from an introduction to modern biology to studying world literature, and are led by top academics.
