GENEROUS East Yorkshire bikers are planning their seventh annual Easter Egg run - this time to deliver goodies to Martin House Children's Hospice, at Boston Spa.
About 300 bikers are expected to take part in the Easter Sunday event, which is organised by the Wednesday Night Bikers Group, based at Rudston, near Bridlington. The convoy is expected to set out from the Bosville Arms, Rudston, taking in Driffield, Stamford Bridge and York before heading out to the hospice. The bikers will be joined by a van full of Easter Eggs and other donated treats to give to the children and teenagers at the hospice. Everyone is welcome to join the convoy - whatever you ride.
For further details or if you would like to donate a small gift for one of the children phone Fran Cowton on 01262 420399.
The Easter Sunday event will end with a social event back at the Bosville Arms which will include a bar, raffle and buffet.
A spokesman for Martin House said: "We are pleased to have the support from our friends in East Yorkshire and the children and care team look forward to meeting the Wednesday Night Bikers."
