Nestl Rowntrees put themselves in with a great chance of winning the York and District Ladies' hockey title with a thumping 6-1 win over Stillington.
'Trees got off to a flying start as Vanessa Walker hammered in a superb shot from the right in the first few minutes which Margi Charlson slotted into the left corner of the goal.
Geraldine Fogg then picked up a stray pass and dribbled past the last line of the Stillington defence to slot home goal number two.
Vanessa Walker made it 3-0 and on the stroke of half-time Charlson added a fourth goal.
Stillington pulled a goal back after the interval but Rowntrees re-grouped and made it 5-1 when Sue Yoward fired home.
Claire Trodden slid home goal number six, safely putting the game beyond Stillington's reach.
