MEMBERS of a York dramatic group are performing a comedy by playwright John Godber.
Dringhouses Dramatic Society's rendition of Happy Families takes place tonight at St James the Deacon Church, in Thanet Road, Dringhouses, at 7.30pm.
The play tells the story of a man who has graduated, reminiscing over the past years.
Society secretary Janet Parkinson said the group's 30 members have been committed to rehearsing over the last few months.
She said: "Everyone's worked really hard and we would like a really good turn-out."
Tickets for tonight's performance cost £4.50 for adults and £3 for children, and can be obtained on the door or by phoning Janet on 01904 703809.
