NEARLY 100 women turned up for the diamond celebrations of a Girl Guides' section.
Members of the Trefoil Guild - the Guides' section for older members - travelled from all over North Yorkshire for the service at St Mary's Church, Tadcaster, right, which was led by the Rev Andrew Foster, York Hospital chaplain
It was followed by a lunch at Tadcaster's Riley-Smith Hall to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the national Trefoil Guild.
The speaker at the lunch was Canon Ann Hemsworth, a member of the Guide movement in Leeds.
