A YOUTH worker who lost months of irreplaceable work when her bag was snatched has appealed for its return.
Helen Jarvis, 21, of Barlow Street, Acomb, said the black canvas shoulder bag contained nine months-worth of papers relating to her work for City of York Council.
The bag was stolen after thieves smashed the window of her boyfriend's car outside Choices video shop in York Road, Acomb, on Monday evening.
Helen believes the bag, which has a distinctive cartoon girl logo and the slogan "bad attitude" written on it, may have been dumped nearby.
If you have seen the bag please phone Evening Press reporter Chris Greenwood on 01904 653051.
