BIKERS from across Yorkshire are being urged to take part in an Easter egg run for charity.
The Stephen Cowton Memorial Motorcycle Run will start at 11am on Easter Sunday at the Bosville Arms, Rudston, near Bridlington and end in Wetherby. Organised by the Wednesday night bikers, who meet at the Bosville Arms every week, the event will raise money for the children's hospice, Martin House.
This is the seventh Easter egg run organised by the group. Last year they raised £2,300 for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and in 2001 they collected more than £7,000 for the Children's Heart Surgery Fund at Leeds General Infirmary.
