SELBY Town extended their unbeaten run to six matches in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division when they drew 2-2 with Arnold Town at Flaxley Road.
It was the visitors who opened the scoring six minutes later when Michael Brown scored from close range.
The Robins levelled matters in the 55th minute when a Pat Render free kick was powerfully headed in at the far post by Dominic Moyles.
In the 66th minute, Moyles was sent off after bringing down the dangerous Brown and Jon Boulter scored from the resulting penalty.
The Robins fought back well and equalised in the 71st minute when Andy Cygan finished off a good move with a neat finish.
Elsewhere in the NCEL premier, Pickering Town eased their relegations fears with a fine 3-0 victory over Glasshoughton Welfare.
A first-half goal from former York City junior Luke Ibbetson sent the Pikes on their way with goals from Gavin Dickinson and Ryan Crawford sealing the win in the second period.
Harrogate Railway were another team staying on the victorious path as they defeated lowly Garforth Town 2-1.
Goals from Steve Davey in the 51st and 57th minute put Railway in command although a late goal for the visitors ensured a nervy last few minutes.
Railway are in action tonight when they entertain Bridlington in the second-leg of their NCEL President's Cup final. Railway enjoy a 3-2 advantage after the first leg.
Tadcaster Albion's hopes of climbing out of the bottom two in the NCEL division one suffered a blow as Wayne Day's side lost 2-1 at home to mid-table Winterton Rangers.
Harrogate Town were without a game in the UniBond League premier division.
