MORE than 10,000 older people are set to visit York's Guildhall over the next three weeks to collect concessionary bus tokens - and benefit from a new information fair designed to raise awareness of services for the over 60s.
City of York Council's annual distribution of pensioners' bus passes and tokens began at the Guildhall this week.
For the first time men between the age of 60 and 65 in York will receive concessionary bus fares. The fair takes place every weekday between 9am and 4pm until Thursday April 17.
