Nestl Rowntrees completed a successful season in the North Yorkshire-South Durham League at Richmond.
The senior men's team comfortably defended their team title. Having finished second to Richmond in the two pre-Christmas races Rowntrees reeled off four comfortable victories to win by a massive 13 points from Richmond.
The leading Rowntrees' finisher in the overall standings was Andy Hilton in third, despite missing the first two races. Andy Burt (6th) and Steve Simpson (11th) were well placed with Steve Ratcliffe being first Under-20 and Bob Duncan third Over-40.
The U15 girls missed out by just one point in the series, an excellent team win in the last race not proving quite enough.
Emma McAllister-Hall pulled away from Jessica Roberts (Richmond) in the last mile to win by 22 seconds. Charlotte Maxted finished third, Alice McCabe seventh and Emma Willits 11th to win the team race on the day.
The senior women's team finished eighth with Claire Duck and Aimee Collett finishing third and fourth respectively in the U20 category. The U13 girls' team finished fifth overall.
