BRAD MacDonald, Clifton Park and the sin-bin seem to go hand in hand at the moment.
The all-action second row was given a ten-minute rest during the Varsity game at York's home, when MacDonald, a student at St John's College, was caught punching a University opponent.
And although the 23-year-old redeemed himself with the match-winning try on his return, it seems he has a liking to taking a rest after he handed another ten minutes during York's win over Sheffield Tigers three days later.
Fortunately the loss of MacDonald, for a late tackle, had the same result for York as it had for St John's, with the Clifton Parkers powering to a 46-3 win.
