AWARD-WINNING chef Mohan Miah visited York College to give students a taste of how it should be done.
Mr Miah, from the Bengal Brasserie, Nether Poppleton, York, gave a cookery demonstration to launch the college's new international cookery course. He cooked a range of tandoori dishes and offered the students tips on Indian cuisine.
Course tutor David Box said: "The food is fantastic. The students and staff thoroughly enjoyed the demonstration.
"I know the students on the international cuisine course will benefit enormously from watching the expert at work."
