SEASON ticket holders are being urged to use their vote in favour of the company voluntary arrangement being proposed by the Supporters' Trust.
The Trust's offer will be put to creditors at Monday's Bootham Crescent meeting to determine the club's future.
If enough creditors agree to the Trust proposal and, in effect, agree to waive their debt, then the Trust's bid will be successful. If their plans are rejected, then the club will fold.
The Trust has issued the following guidelines for the 1,500 season ticket holders who last week received their creditors' pack from the administrator, David Willis, of Jacksons Jolliffe Cork.
According to the Trust, creditors should fill in the two forms marked "proxy" (Company Voluntary Arrangement, form 8.1 and Administration, form 8.2).
On both forms, the administrator can be appointed to vote on the creditor's behalf by putting "CHAIRMAN OF THE MEETING" in the proxy section.
Assuming supporters are for the approval of the CVA, the word 'rejection' should be deleted, the word 'acceptance' circled on both forms.
Creditors should sign both forms, date them, and write their name in capitals in the appropriate places on the bottom of the forms.
The form marked "Proof of Debt" does not need to be completed at this stage.
Forms 8.1 and 8.2 should then be returned to Mr D Willis, Jacksons Jolliffe Cork, 33 George Street, Wakefield WF1 1LX.
