Residents in an area of York that faces considerable development over the next few years have been told they have their "last chance" to have their say on the plans.
More than 5,000 letters have been sent to residents in Huntington and New Earswick asking for their views on the third set of changes to the York Local Plan.
Parish leaders say this is the last chance for people to comment on the document which will map out the area's future for roads, commercial and residential development.
Permission has already been granted for a Park&Ride site in the parish and the Local Plan will allocate a further 100 acres of land for commercial development and space for up to 600 homes.
Huntington Parish Council chairman Keith Hyman urged members of the public to reply to the survey and make their views known.
He said dozens of residents had already written and telephoned parish council members on the issue of developing Huntington.
