TWO girls who went missing last Wednesday have been reunited with their families after they were found by police in Goole.
Emmie Whitton, 15, and Hayley Pilmoor, 14, were found at a friend's flat in Goole after leaving Hayley's home, in Hull Road, Osgodby, at 6pm on Wednesday.
The Barlby High School friends were at one point thought to be in York.
Hayley had left a letter on her bed for her mother saying: "We're going away for a few days to chill out. I love you and I'll get in touch."
But her mother Diane Broadhead, 38, made an emotional appeal for the girls to return saying the families were not angry.
The girls were being collected by their parents from Goole police station.
