THE man charged with the murder of Bridlington women, Linda Grimm and Linda Wardill, is to face five further charges.
A Humberside Police spokesman said Peter Allen Foster, 46, of Albion Terrace, Bridlington, had been charged with unlawful and malicious wounding with intent on a woman in Bridlington between 1974 and 1978, unlawful and injurious imprisonment of a woman in Bridlington between 1980 and 1981, unlawful and injurious imprisonment of a woman in Bridlington between 1982 and 1984, assault occasioning actual bodily harm on a woman in Bridlington between 1983 and 1985, and possession of indecent photographs of children in Bridlington in December 2002.
Foster was due to appear before Bridlington Magistrates today.
Police said the alleged victims referred to in the new charges were not Miss Grimm or Miss Wardill.
