Finding new customers is the topic of a one-day course hosted by Business Link York and North Yorkshire in York on Thursday.
The course, to be held at Business Link's headquarters at Arabesque House, Monks Cross, Huntington, from 10am to 4pm, is aimed at York business owners and managers and covers all areas of customer relationships, including how to identify buying patterns and store information in data-bases to find new customers.
Other key issues include the legal implications of obtaining data from external sources, choosing and implementing a software package, database marketing and its implications and how to recognise publicity opportunities and build them into your marketing activity.
