WE see more disabled people using battery-powered buggies in this city and elsewhere.
One problem I noticed; if there are two people, the friend who can walk struggles to keep up with the chair and the person using it.
How much easier it would be if they could make a double buggy like those used on a golf course.
One would then not leave a friend behind - exhausted.
