YORK Sunday football team CB United have found the net at last - thanks to the Evening Press.
The newspaper ran a story saying how United had had their goal-nets stolen for the third time in three years.
But manager Sid Smith said the netting was returned anonymously to his house in Tang Hall.
"We don't know who did it but there was a little note with the nets saying, 'Ha ha, we got you!'," said Smith.
