THE man at the centre of a cash row involving two concerts at a North Yorkshire stately home is working "flat out" to sort out problems, his publicist said today.
Ian Martin was the organiser of the Last Night Of The Proms and Party In The Park events in the grounds of Ripley Castle, near Harrogate, staged on August 31 and September 1.
A huge row has erupted over payments to suppliers following the events.
It is understood that Mr Martin has been on a working holiday in France.
His publicist, Robert Beaumont, today said: "Ian Martin is now back. He has had to go to Leeds General Infirmary for tests on his heart."
He said "all problems" were being addressed, and added: "He is working flat out to sort out all outstanding problems and is confident everything will be resolved amicably."
Trading standards officers and police have been asked to investigate the financial fallout from the concerts.
