WE thank all the helpers and supporters who attended our open garden event, which has raised more than £1,240 for the fabric fund at St John the Baptist Church, Wilberfoss.
The event exceeded all our expectations and, thankfully, we had a weekend of wonderful weather - perhaps the hottest this year.
Also, thanks to all who provided cakes and refreshments and, Miss M Wildig, the straw-crafts demonstrator.
