EBOR Archers Jean Forrest and Geoffrey Ingleby were on the 'bull' at the GNAS National Archery Clout Championships in Harrogate.
The pair took the gold medals for the men's and ladies' individual longbow classes respectively at the championships - repeating their double success at the British Longbow Society Golden Jubilee meeting held at the Woodmen of Arden ground, Forest Hall, Meriden.
The golden shots from Ingleby completed a hat-trick of GNAS National Clout titles, following on from his winner's medals in 1993 for the compound bow class and in 1999 for the recurve bow class.
Ebor Archers shoot at the Civil Service ground, Boroughbridge Road, York. Beginner courses run throughout the summer with further details from Ben Turner on (01904) 798640.
